Thank you so much for the way you and your staff guided us through such a difficult time in our lives. From the time I notified the mortuary of Victor's death to finishing up back at my car at the church your staff was totally professional. They were kind, pleasant and reassuring. They went out of their way to resolve my every concern. They didn't hurry me or force me in any way.

Claire (Dowdie) always seemed efficient and empathetic. No matter how we stumbled or made mistakes she would resolve difficulties in a kind and very capable manner. She was an absolute gem.

Bret (Hines) kindly directed us through each step of the process and patiently made certain that we understood the procedures. Your gesture of providing some of the temple clothing on behalf of Chisi was truly unexpected. We hoped we had taught her good work habits and dependability but one can only pray for success. She is a special young woman and very dear to us.

I don't know the name of the man who came to my home to pick up Victor but I do know that he showed deep concern for me and made every attempt to put me at ease. He knelt by my chair and quietly talked to me and while I can/t remember the details of the conversation, I do know that he was kindly reassuring. I remember a pleasant caring man in the midst of firemen, paramedics, and police.

In addition to all of the other kindnesses, beautiful flowers were also given to us from your staff. In spite of a very great loss to our family your team made those hours bearable. Thank you again.

The staff at Myers Mortuary couldn't have been more helpful or courteous. We wanted to be involved in every aspect of our son's service, so when we asked to help with dressing our son, our funeral director set up a special time for us to come to the mortuary. The dressing of our son was handled very gently, as if he were alive.

We had had bad feelings about funerals because of how a competitor had handled other family members. It was refreshing to not get the same treatment here.

Our funeral director, Shaun Myers, quickly became a dear friend, one we could trust and have confidence in. He was extremely supportive. The staff was very efficient and knowledgeable.
