We had a funeral at Myers in August of 2020. Laurie Abraham was our funeral director, and she was nothing if not amazing. She was so kind and understanding of the terrible time that our family was going through. I am so grateful to have had her to guide us through this experience, as none of us knew what to expect. I know it may sound strange to recommend funeral directors, but I always share how lovely it was to work with Laurie. She truly was a bright light shining in one of our darkest times. Thank you for all you did for us Laurie.

My sweet sweet mother passed away a little over a week ago. though her little body was tired and ready to leave this earth I wasn't ready to let go. I was indeed a beast. The staff at the Ogden Myers were absolutely incredible!!!!! Wes tolerated my many changes Shaun Myers and his lovely wife were beyond kind and helpful. though they were busy they took extra undivided attention with me. Come our funeral day we began to outgrow our reserved space. Like a well oiled machine several of them sprang into action met our every need. The service turned out beyond belief---- it was so comforting to know that these people made the transition so beautiful and comfortable for us. Wes you conducted with such grace thank you thank you. Everyone should investigate the many services and care for your loved one when that time comes that Myers has to offer you.

They were so respectful and kind to us when we needed it the most. They’re very knowledgeable and worked with our budget. The make up was amazingly done, my brother looked great. They even drove through a freak snow storm to get him to the cemetery and everything went smoothly and wasn’t rushed. I highly recommended them and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. They’re amazing all around.

I’m writing to tell you how much we appreciated Laurie Abraham. She was most pleasant and helpful through this difficult time. I found her to be very professional and helped us with all aspects of the passing of my father. As she said, “We’ll take very good care of him” and she did. Our family is divided by religion and she made all sides feel welcome and needed, and respected everyone. She provided guidance and support taking care of all of the details. She contacted all of the insurance companies and even helped with some benefits we didn’t know we were entitled to. Bottom line, she made a difference, and it’s that difference that makes these trying times much easier. Even at the cemetery she worked through the unique situations. She made sure we had all of the time we needed. I pray that when it’s my time to go she is still there for my family, that they may hear the words, “We’ll take good care of him.”

It wouldn’t be fair not to not mention Greg also. He answered all of our questions and was kind and caring. He helped us dress my father and recommended the family visit my father before the viewing. This made the viewing and funeral much easier to go through. He always made sure we had anything we needed.

You have an amazing staff in Brigham City. One that truly reflects what I think Myers stands for. Thank you for all you have done to ensure that the Brigham City Myers Mortuary is a place of excellence!

Our funeral director, Shaun Myers, quickly became a dear friend, one we could trust and have confidence in. He was extremely supportive. The staff was very efficient and knowledgeable. The funeral home was comfortable and peaceful, every thing was very respectful. We received excellent support. Myers handled all of the many behind-the scenes duties very, very well. They went above and beyond our expectations as it was.

Tracy Franklin was wonderful! My husband and I never ever imagined planning a funeral for our child, but when Abigail was stillborn, Tracy really helped us through the process of planning a beautiful service. We will be forever grateful!

The staff at Myers Mortuary couldn't have been more helpful or courteous. We wanted to be involved in every aspect of our son's service, so when we asked to help with dressing our son, our funeral director set up a special time for us to come to the mortuary. The dressing of our son was handled very gently, as if he were alive.

We had had bad feelings about funerals because of how a competitor had handled other family members. It was refreshing to not get the same treatment here.

Thank you so much for the way you and your staff guided us through such a difficult time in our lives. From the time I notified the mortuary of Victor's death to finishing up back at my car at the church your staff was totally professional. They were kind, pleasant and reassuring. They went out of their way to resolve my every concern. They didn't hurry me or force me in any way.

Claire (Dowdie) always seemed efficient and empathetic. No matter how we stumbled or made mistakes she would resolve difficulties in a kind and very capable manner. She was an absolute gem.

Our funeral director kindly directed through each step of the process and patiently made certain that we understood the procedures. Your gesture of providing some of the temple clothing on behalf of Chisi was truly unexpected. We hoped we had taught her good work habits and dependability but one can only pray for success. She is a special young woman and very dear to us.

I don't know the name of the man who came to my home to pick up Victor but I do know that he showed deep concern for me and made every attempt to put me at ease. He knelt by my chair and quietly talked to me and while I can/t remember the details of the conversation, I do know that he was kindly reassuring. I remember a pleasant caring man in the midst of firemen, paramedics, and police.

In addition to all of the other kindnesses, beautiful flowers were also given to us from your staff. In spite of a very great loss to our family your team made those hours bearable. Thank you again.
