Iris Huff Davis born June 18, 1942 passed away due to an extended illness on September 13, 2019
She was born to Fay and Myrl Huff in Lake Shore, Utah where she was raised and graduated from Spanish Fork High School. It was at that time when she met her soon to be husband, Roy Cliff Davis. They would make their homes in Nevada, Spanish Fork and Logan before settling down in Roy to raise their 5 children: Mike (Stacey) Davis. Tami (Herb) McDonald, Russell (Chris) Davis, Richard Davis and Diana (Lonn) Knight. She was also blessed with 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and deeply loved them all. She was a stay at home mother and that is where she became “famous” for her apple dumplings, lemon meringue pies and dill pickles. She had a great love for long car rides, camping and fishing. Whenever she could get out.
She was preceded in death by her husband both her parents Fay and Myrl Huff, older sister Linda Carter and younger sister Wilma Carras. A graveside service will be held at the Santaquin Cemetery Friday, September 20, 2019 at 11:00 a.m..
