Ogden - Richard Norsingle III, passed away October 13, 2019 at McKay Dee Hospital. He was born May 6, 1954 in Ogden, Utah the son of Richard Norsingle Sr. and Zelma Fantroy.
He worked in maintenance for Ogden City.
He is survived by his siblings, Jacqueline Norsingle, Richard Holston, Ronald Holston, Greg Holston and Jerry Holston; nephew and nieces Cameran Norsingle, Amber Norsingle Holston, Jelesa Norsingle, and Elizabeth Norsingle and his girlfriend, Rebecka England.
Richard was a wonderful man and was a friend to everyone.
side services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd.
