Stephen was born in St Anthony Idaho to Parle Prat and Elisa Kathryn Coffin.

He passed away September 17, 2019 in his home in Clearfield, Utah

Stephen served in the US Air Force during the Korean War.

He loved to square dance and participated for 30 years

Stephen is survived by his children: Stephen, Michael, Mary, James. His daughter-is-laws Debbie, Irena, and 7 grandchildren: Christopher, Mathew, Nicholas, Felix, Paulina, Adam and Kate.

Stephen will be buried in the Farmington City Cemetery.

Services under the direction of Myer’s Mortuary Roy, Utah.
