Tina Elizabeth Velasquez

May 2, 1973 – August 17, 2019

Our beautiful mother, daughter, and sister passed away on August 17, 2019. She was born at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah on May 2, 1973 to Clair D. Hess and Elizabeth Udy. She grew up in Tremonton and Brigham City, Utah. She married Rick Velasquez and they were later divorced.

Tina will be remembered by those she loves for her beautiful smile, sense of humor, and compassionate heart. She was a person that held great creative talents. She enjoyed listening to music, growing plants, and uplifting quotes. She spent many years of her life working in the restaurant industry being in management and as a waitress. She treasured her relationships she had through those experiences.

She is survived by her loving children: Casen (Robyn) Velasquez; Brendon Velasquez; Hailee (Chris) Balone; and Abel Reese Olsen; four grandchildren: Keylee, Kaydence, Kambria, and Marceline. Parents: Elizabeth and Harold Udy (stepfather); Siblings: Tamera (Rich) Huddleston; Donna (Bud) Busenbark; David (Kirsten) Udy and Mark (Penny) Young.  Many nephews and nieces who adored her.

She is preceded in death by her little brother Levi and father Clair D. Hess.

A celebration of life will be held for Tina on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 12:00 pm at the Brigham City 16th Ward Chapel, 145 W 500 S. Brigham City, UT.

Interment will be in the Riverview Cemetery in Tremonton, UT.
