Dayson Thomas Child Obituary (1993 - 2003)

DAYSON THOMAS CHILD CLINTON - Our sweet Angel Dayson slipped peacefully into the loving arms of his Heavenly Father on May 15, 2003. He was surrounded by his family and held in the loving arms of his Mom and Dad. He was born March 7, 1993 in Ogden, Utah, a son of Shayne and TaRena Raymond Child. Although, he struggled with physical and mental limitations throughout his life, he possessed an unconquerable spirit and a joy for life that was reflected in his beautiful blue eyes. Dayson loved anything mechanical and was never happier than when riding Grandpa's tractor, or his four wheeler, or driving in his Dad's Bronco. His love for his uncles was only matched by their love for him. He is loved and will be missed by his parents, his brothers, Dax and Tryston, his sister, Jeydon; his grandparents, Chuck and Katie Raymond and Carl and Vickie Child; his great-grandmothers Estella (Gam) Stallings and Roka Raymond, his cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends. Dayson was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Tom and Mac Magee, Leo and Edris Child, Merlin Stallings (Pa), Janell Kelly and Wendell Raymond. Dayson, our Houston Miracle was all too fleeting, but came at a time of great need. You touched our lives in ways we could have never imagined. We Love you Makaso. The family would like to thank the staff at Primary Children's Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for the dignity and compassion afforded to Dayson in his final hours.
