Dennis Howard Streeval

HOOPER - Dennis "DJ" Streeval passed away late night on June 5, 2012.

He was born to Howard and Norma Streeval and raised in Indiana. He lived many places and had three children, Matt, Nicole and Sean. He then settled in Utah where he made his home with his wife, Kathi, and daughters, Arizona and Savannah.

He was a loving but stubborn man who made it easy to get mad at, but easier to love. He loved fishing, hunting, camping and westerns. He had a great sense of humor and could always make people laugh. If you knew him or not and were in earshot out in public, you were probably greeted by him and he would make you laugh. He was a jokester. He loved everyone and wanted to start making amends with most people. All he wanted in life was for people to be happy, especially his two youngest whom he tried to give the world to. His life lit up when he would hear his granddaughter, Khloe, come running calling "papa," and he couldn't wait to finally be around his new grandson, Oakley. He was blessed and grateful for his daughter Savannah who lived with and helped take care of him in his last years and she will miss him deeply. He had many friends and family who loved him and will miss him greatly.

A viewing will be held for close friends and family on Thursday, June 14, 2012 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, followed by a short memorial service.
