H. Scott Rigley Obituary (1946 - 2026)

Harvey Scott Rigley, 79, passed away February 16, 2026, in Ogden, Utah. He was born March 9, 1946, in Ogden, UT, to Harvey Lane and Letha Elenor Brown Rigley. He served in the U.S. Navy 1963 to 1967 serving in the Vietnam War. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. He was a loving and caring person. He made sure that all his family members and friends were taking care of. He would do anything he could for someone else, he would have given the shirt off of his back, that's just how he was. He enjoyed working on cars with his brothers and also loved to go fishing with his brothers. He loved being outdoors and a part of nature, to him it was a peaceful and enjoyable place.
