Heber Clarence Foulger Obituary (1925 - 2010)

Heber Clarence Foulger Clinton - Heber Clarence Foulger, 84, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2010 in Ogden, UT. Clarence was born November 23, 1925 in Ogden, Utah, a son of Heber Charles and Alice Bertha Owens Foulger. He married the love of his life, Iona Todd, his "Dolly", on Oct. 24, 1967. They had almost 35 happy years together before her death in July of 2002. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden Temple. Clarence lived in Ogden his whole life and attended Ogden City Schools. He was a member of the LDS Church. Clarence worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for 23 years. After the loss of his wife, Iona, he moved into the Three Links Tower where he made many dear friends. Surviving are his children, Katherine East, David Foulger and Edward (Mary) Foulger. He also leaves behind 23 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; three brothers and five sisters. The family wishes to thank the family aides: Lucinda, Roger and Billie along with Intermountain Hospice; especially Robyn and Lomond Peak Nursing and Rehab, for their tender loving care of Clarence. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. Friends may call prior to the service from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
