Jamilah Lily Long Obituary (2013 - 2013)

Jamilah Lily Long Jamilah passed away June 7, 2013 peacefully with all the love and care of her parents and doctors. A true spirit of our Heavenly Father, loved by Mom and Dad with all the love and care we could provide. Jamilah you are with loved ones who knew you were coming and welcomed you home with embracing warmth and joy, just as we embraced you when you entered and left your sweet beautiful body. We enjoyed holding you, kissing you and talking to you while you were in our care. The blessings given to you went with you when you left and were wrapped up in your Saviors arms. We love you and we know we will be in each other's arms again. Survived by her parents Zach and Elyse Long; sisters, Zacilah R. Long and Alice I. Long; grandparents, David and Janece Long and Joe and Peggy Thornton; great-grandparents, Richard and Shirlene Long and Helen Rhoads and Mary Thornton. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2013 at the Plain City 4th Ward, 2235 North 4350 West, Plain City. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 12 to 12:45 p.m. Interment, Warren City Cemetery. Special thanks to her grandparents, aunts and uncles, and all those at McKay Dee hospital that helped her with her fight for life.
