John Atlee Vickroy Obituary (1916 - 2005)

John Vickroy ROY - John Atlee Vickroy, 89, passed away Monday, October 31, 2005 at Mt. Ogden Rehab Center in Ogden from complications following surgery. He was born June 15, 1916 in Johnstown, PA to George Statler and Ida Mary Pauline Blum Vickroy. He married Margaret Gertrude McGeary on February 28, 1942 in Johnstown, PA. John was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy. Surviving is one son, John W. (Terri) Vickroy of Roy. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, George W; sisters, Louise, Betty, Ruth; and daughter Ann Louise (Vickroy) Wesley.
