Karalyn Sjoberg Obituary (1957 - 2015)

Karalyn Sjoberg Karalyn Sjoberg, our beautiful, sweet angel, age 58, passed away March 16, 2015 at McKay Dee Hospital from pneumonia, with her family at her bedside. She was born January 21, 1957, in Salt Lake City, the first child of Narwin L. Sjoberg and Elaine Nielsen Sjoberg. Her spirit has been set free and she is now running, dancing and communicating, which she was never able to do during her mortal life. She was one of Heaven's special children and so dearly loved by her family and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her Mother, Elaine; sisters, Lori Ann and Dawn Marie and brother, Stuart L. Sjoberg. Karalyn was preceded in death by her father; both sets of grandparents, Haakon and Julia Nielsen, Lawrence and Mabel Sjoberg; uncles, Norman, Gail and Lynn Nielsen; cousin, Hugh Nielsen and many other aunts, uncles and cousins. There will be a viewing at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. on Saturday, March 21, 2015 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. prior to Graveside Services at Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd. at 12 p.m. The family would like to extend their many thanks to the Drs. and nurses on the 5th floor of McKay Dee Hospital for their loving and compassionate care of Karalyn and many kindnesses to the family.
