Bill was born Dec. 15, 1969 the 7th child of William Larry Williams and Alaina Williams Burrows. He graduated from Davis High School in Kaysville. Bill is survived by his mother, Alaina (Ray) Burrows of Ogden; 2 sisters, Ann (John) Clawson, Alaina (Troy) Ogden; 2 brothers, Karl Williams and Kleon (Kim) Williams. He was preceded in death by his father; 2 brothers, Dave and Kayle Williams; and his grandparents. Funeral services will be held at 11a.m. on Friday, July 20, 2012 at the Sullivan Hollow 2nd Ward, 976 - 33rd and Jackson.
