Linnie I. Berrett Obituary (1936 - 2001)

OGDENa"Linnie I. Berrett, age 64, passed away at home on March 4, 2001. She was born on May 22, 1936 to Elden Earle and Dorothy Evelyn Carter Caldwell in Holbrook, Idaho. She was married to Clayton Carlton in 1952, in Ogden, Utah. They were later divorced. She married John K. Berrett on September 3, 1955 in Ogden, Utah. He passed away on March 24, 1989. Linnie was an avid reader and loved flowers. She worked as a custodian for Ogden Regional Building and the Juvenile Court Building. She was a dedicated mother who loved her family. Surviving are her four sons and one daughter; Sherry Lynn (Mike) Mann of Ogden, John David (Karen) Berrett of Avon, Indiana, Kelly Lee (VaLoy) Berrett of Ogden, Joseph "Joe" Keith Berrett of Ogden, and Timmothy "Tim" Earle (Laura) Berrett of Ogden. Also surviving are two brothers, one sister; Lorna (Paul) Huggins of Ogden, Earle F. Caldwell of Ogden, James "Jim" (Helen) Caldwell of Woodland Hills, California, and 12 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one on the way. She is survived by her wonderful companions, her dogs, Charlie and Lady. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Leland Caldwell, and one sister, Melba Caldwell.
