Marcie Eva Vega Obituary (1972 - 2004)

Marcie Vega OGDEN - Marcie Eva Dabb Vega, 32, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2004 at McKay-Dee Hospital, surrounded by his family. She was born March 22, 1973 in Provo, Utah to Delbert C. and Doris Ann Yearsley Dabb. She married Luis Geraldo Vega on May 23, 1994 in Farr West. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden Temple. Marcie was a member of the Jackson LDS Ward. She served as Cub Scout committee chairman; ward librarian, secretary in Young Women's; and served in the Relief Society presidency. She enjoyed tole painting, and was always willing to help those in need. She worked as a professional hairdresser for many years. She loved her family and was an excellent mother. Surviving are her husband, Luis Vega; one son, Dylan C. Vega, Ogden; parents, Delbert and Doris Dabb of Farr West; and grandfather Dee Yearsley of Farr West. Also surviving are one sister, Julie Dabb, Farr West; one brother, Del (Amanda Ellis) Dabb, Farr West; and nieces and nephews.
