MERALYN JENSEN ALEX BRIGHAM CITY- Meralyn Jensen Alex, 70, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2005 at her home. Meralyn was born on December 18, 1935 in Brigham City, Utah to Cyrus T. & Clela B. Jensen. She married Joe Louis Alex on August 12, 1963 in Brigham City, Utah. Meralyn was a member of the Brigham City 6th Ward. Meralyn is survived by her daughter Cheryl Renteria, Brigham City, Utah and son Kevin Alex, Clearfield, Utah; 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, LuWonna (Robert) Bott, Farmington, Utah; Richard (Carol) Jensen, Brigham City, Utah; Beth (Moroni) Bott, Ogden, Utah; Renae (John) Hoffman, Spanish Fork, Utah; Byron (Christine) Jensen, Huntington, Utah. Meralyn was preceded in death by her husband, mother, father and grandson. Funeral services will be on Thursday, December 22, 2005 at Brigham City 6th Ward Chapel 105 Fishburn, Brigham City, Utah at 12:00 p.m. Friends may call on Wednesday, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, and on Thursday from 11:20 to 11:45 a.m. at the Church. Interment will be in the Washakie Cemetery.
