Patti K. Jensen BRIGHAM CITY - Patti K. Ellis Jensen, 55 passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at her home. Patti was born on September 5, 1955 in Martins Ferry, OH, a daughter of William Lee and Tomma Easthom Ellis. She had a great love and passion for horses. She loved the outdoors, fishing, snowmobiling, and drives in the mountains when she was well. Surviving are her daughters: Amber Freeman, 33, Roy, UT; Shelby Jensen, 18, Mantua, UT; Shawna Hammond, 39. Shadyside, OH; mother, Tomma Ellis, Logan, UT; sister, Colleen Ellis, Sadyside, OH. Preceded in death by her daughter, Patti Anne Freeman. Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, UT.
