Steve (Skip) Thornton Born May 6, 1923 Passed June 20, 2015 Steve passed away peacefully at his home on June 20, 2015. Born in Alabama; later moved to Utah with wife Rose. He was employed by Ogden City Water where he retired. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, 2 sisters and 4 sons. He is survived by the love of his life, Rose Thornton; 5 daughters and 10 sons; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private family viewing at his request. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. followed by graveside services at Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd. Family would like to express a special thank you for the dedicated care that our father received by his daughter Sarah.
