Susanne Rulon Buist Farley Obituary (1944 - 2019)

Susanne Rulon Buist Farley Susanne Farley passed away January 11, 2019 in Ogden. She was born July 2, 1944 in Brigham City, Utah to Bonnie LaFreniere and Harvey Rulon Buist. She graduated from Box Elder High School. Susanne married Jim Nick Hohlios on March 29, 1965 in Evanston WY; he preceded her in death in 1972. She married William R. Farley Jr. in Elko, NV on Sept. 3, 1972; he preceded her in death in 2002. Her home was always warm and welcoming. She always had open arms and loved hugs. If she wasn't your second mom, she was defintely your Grandma Sue. Susanne is survived by her children Nicolette Britton, Dina (Chad) Nay, step-sons Corey (De Linda) Farley, Colt (Michelle) Farley; grandchildren Markus (Heather), Brynnlee, Kynnzee, Kade (Kaytee), by her side from the beginning to the end with all their love and support, 11 other grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; two brothers Jim Buist, Jack Buist and her sister Lori DeMille. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; step-son Todd Farley and 4 siblings. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 1p.m. at the Ogden City Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, January 21st at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. We would like to thank AMG and Legacy Health Care Services for all their kindness, care and love for our Mom.
