Theodore Franklin Wright Sr Obituary (1941 - 2016)

Theodore Franklin Wright Sr. Our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Theodore Franklin Wright Sr., passed away peacefully on June 11, 2016. He was born on September 30, 1941 in Morenci, Arizona to Kenneth and LuRee Turley Bacon. He married his eternal companion, Melba "Jean" Lyman, on April 28, 1964 in the Los Angeles Temple. He proudly served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his loving wife, Jean; children, Rena (Richard) Powell, Theodore (Patricia) Wright Jr., Justin (Keara) Wright and Jeremy Wright; daughter-in-law, Karen Wright; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and sister, Laura. He was preceded in death by his son, Emery Wright. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at the Mount Lewis 2nd Ward, 435 North Jackson. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 22nd from 6 to 8 p.m. at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. and prior to services from 9:40 to 10:40 a.m. at the church.
