Vince Romero

With great sorrow, Benjamin "Vince" Joesph Romero, passed away on August 4, 2026. Vince was born on November 10th 1964 to Steve and Eileen (Ortega) Romero in Del Norte, Colorado.

Vince was a man of many talents, from his self-employed business to his passion for art. He was a lifelong fan of Kiss and an avid supporter of the Denver Broncos. But what mattered most to Vince was his family. His mother, Eileen, his father, Ben, his children, Devon, Brittany, and Dillon, his beloved brother Jesse and his children Jessica, Tiffani, Venessa and Kross but most importantly his Grandchildren Isaac, Jacob, Bèlla, Nova, Lennon, Vince and Max whom he referred to as his love bugs.

He was a funny man who could keep a conversation with anyone and was often referred to as the most interesting man in the world because he had a story for everything. He lived his life on his own terms, with a unique blend of wit, charm, and humility that made him truly unforgettable. If you remembered him from his random cowboy and Brett Michael phases you knew him to live life to his own accord and fearlessly doing so. He maintained close friendships with so many people who knew him and he cherished those relationships deeply.

He is Survived by his parents Steve and Eileen Romero. Brother Jesse Romero (Pam). Children Devon (Ana), Brittany (Carlos) and Dillon (Oakleigh). His 7 grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents and his beloved Uncle Ed who he couldn't wait to reunite with.

Vince's life will be celebrated at Myers Mortuary in Ogden, 845 Washington Boulevard, on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm, followed by a Rosary Service at 7:30 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 514 24th Street, on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 11:00 am, followed by interment at Ben Lomond Cemetery, 526 East 2850 North, at 1:00 pm.
