Wiletta ''Fern'' Coleman Obituary (1941 - 2001)

OGDEN--Wiletta (Fern) Thomas Martin Coleman, daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend returned to our Heavenly Father on August 31, 2001. Fern was an amazing and vibrant woman, our memories of her will be in our hearts forever. Fern was born in Kansas City, Missouri, to Harry Lee Thomas and Vivian C. Franklin (Tucker). Fern worked as a health care professional for many years in the Ogden area. She gave of her heart and soul to all around her. She will always be remembered as a woman with a heart of gold, who made her life's mission one of providing love and care to others. Fern's genuine gift was the light she illuminated to all around her. She was our family's gift of love and will be fondly remembered. Fern is survived by her mother, Vivian C. Tucker, her brother, Tommy Tucker, her children: Carolynn Martin, Lynda Jackson, Vivian C. Webster, Michael Martin, Tarrazzia Martin-Shackelford, Sterling Forte, Rosalynn Reed. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Carolynn Marion, Camille Marion, Johnathan Davis, Jerome Davis, Renita D. Williams, Ariel Martin, Melvin Martin, Tyler Martin, Michael Martin, Jr., Terrell Stevenson, Ashleigh N. Shackelford, Symantha G. Shackelford, Sterling Forte III, Kyle Forte, Trevon Forte, Kyla Forte, Charles Reed, Christopher Reed, and 15 great-grandchildren.
