Ada married Walter Daily in 1926 and raised one son, Eugene McArthur Daily, who died in 1952 while serving in the U.S. Army. She and Walter divorced.

Ada married William John Weaver in 1929 and raised one daughter, Delores Weaver, and one son, William John Weaver, Jr. Her husband, Bill, died in 1933 of a heart attack so she raised her 3 children during the Depression and WWII at her parents’ home in Ogden.

Ada worked at the Ogden Arsenal and for private businesses. She worked for the Scowcroft, Hetsel, Green, and Dee families in Ogden.
