Alan H Larsen

Alan H. Larsen, 92, passed away May 14, 2022. He was born November 17, 1929 in Liberty, Utah to H. Martin Larsen and Annie May Shaw Larsen. He graduated from Weber High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Alan married the love of his life and best friend Lois Egan, September 8, 1949. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple.

He retired from the Federal Aviation Administration after many years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, motorcycling and being with his family traveling and camping.

He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Lois and 2 children Reggie K Larsen (South Ogden), Terry A. (Marla) Larsen (Farr West); 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 2 brothers, Lowell and Bruce.

He was preceded in death by his son Kelly L. Larsen, daughter Shelly K. Larsen and grandson Justin.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2022 at the Ben Lomond Cemetery in No. Ogden. A viewing will be held prior at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden from 12 to 1:30 p.m.
