Bruce Allen Crouch peacefully passed away on May 9, 2022, after a valiant battle with Parkinson's disease. He was born on July 23, 1946, to Leslie and Myrtle Crouch in Ogden, Utah. He married Ronna Hennessy on August 9, 1968. They had one daughter and three sons. They later divorced but remained friends. He married Terri Benzley on January 18, 2001.
Bruce graduated from Weber State University, majoring in business with a minor in auto body repair. His presence in Roy was strong, having a partnership in D&B Auto Repair and Silent Knight Muffler. He went on to develop "Crouch Corner," beginning with Triple Stop Convenience Store, followed by car washes, professional buildings, and storage units.
Bruce was an avid pilot, also making it possible for his sons and son-in-law to receive their pilot's license. His other interests included cars, motorcycles, boats, chariot racing, Disneyland, and frequent trips to Home Depot.
Bruce is survived by his wife, Terri Crouch; his four children, Chalese Griffin (Brian), Daniel Crouch, Tyler Crouch (Tarra), and Michael Crouch; two stepchildren, Mallory Jameson (Daniel), Curtis Johnston (Amanda); 15 grandchildren; and three siblings, Sherrie Henderson, Larry Crouch, and Sylvia Tacconi.
Bruce was preceded in death by his sister, Mariam Welker; mother, Myrtle Crouch; and father, Leslie Crouch.
A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Myers Mortuary, 5865 S 1900 W, Roy, UT 84067. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 718 Combe Rd, Ogden, UT 84403.
