Clydean Nash Roskelley, 89, passed away peacefully January 19, 2023. She was born October 13, 1933 in Preston, ID to Clyde and Mamie Ransom Nash. She was raised in Preston but lived most of her life in North Ogden. She met Wayne Blair Roskelley and they were married in Pocatello, ID on February 11, 1953. They were later sealed in the Logan Temple on September 22, 1955. Their marriage was BLESSED with 3 children.
Clydean was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints her whole life and served in various callings. She was a culinary expert, managing the school lunch program at North Ogden Elementary for years where she made many dear friends. She enjoyed talking on the phone with family and friends, loved celebrating holidays, doing crafts, decorating, and anything that allowed her to spend time with her family.
Clydean is survived by her children, Richard (Martha) and Lisa (Blake) Turek; daughter in law, Christine Roskelley; sister, Sonja Affleck; 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; son, Robert; 2 brothers, Blaine and Keith; and great-granddaughter, Nevaeh.
A graveside service for Clydean will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. at Ben Lomond Cemetery, 526 E. 2850 N., No. Ogden, UT. Arrangements entrusted to Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden, UT.
