Elva Ellis, born on July 4, 1937 in Trenton, Utah, passed away on November 8, 2023. She was a loving and compassionate soul who touched the lives of many. She married Boyd LaMar Ellis in Tremonton, Utah on June 6, 1952 and their marriage was solemnized on May 8, 1964 in the Logan LDS Temple.
Elva was a thoughtful individual, always considering the needs and feelings of others before her own. She was an incredible wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who had a knack for striking up a conversation with anyone, making her a very personable and approachable individual.

She spent 20 years following youth baseball, enjoyed traveling, and was a member of a bowling league and golf team, where she achieved two holes-in-one. Elva was a proud matriarch, boasting of her 17 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Her faith was important to her, and she served in the Relief Society, Young Women's, and her favorite place to serve was in Primary. She is a vocal believer and had a strong testimony.
