Ilah Rae (Nelson) Andrew

Ilah Rae Andrew passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 1, 2019 surrounded by her family, at Our House Assistant Living Center in Tremonton UT. She was born September 28, 1936 in Brigham City, Utah to Donald S. Nelson and Edna Richman Nelson.

She married Larry Gene Roche on February 1, 1954. She had three children: Christine Gajewski, Larry Kim Roche and Annette Soucie. She was later divorced and married Lawrence W. Rothenberger.  After Lawrence’s death she married David Ray Andrew.

She worked at the Defense Depot in Ogden UT, after her retirement she enjoyed traveling in her motor home and spending time in Island Park, ID during the summers. She loved making things on her embroidery sewing machine for everyone. She loved to cook, for everyone around her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Donald S. and Edna, and her husbands: Lawrence and David.

She is survived by her children: Christine (Ronald) Gajewski Brigham City UT; Larry Kim (Gaylene) Roche, Garland, UT; and Annette (Randy) Soucie, Idaho Falls, ID; Rod (Marcie) Andrew, Spanish Fork, UT and Kelly (Becky) Andrew, Bear River City, UT. She has 16 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The family would like to thank the staff at Our house Senior Living Center and Rocky Mountain Care hospice.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brigham City 13th Ward Chapel, 25 North 300 East, Brigham City, UT. Viewings will be held Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 6:00 to8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, UT and Friday at the church from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to the services.

Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
