Janice Louise Anderson, an extraordinary woman who graced the world with her heartwarming presence for sixty-five years, was born on December 8, 1957, in Quincy, IL, USA, and resided in Ogden, Utah for the past twenty-seven years. In the words of Maya Angelou, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." And Janice, with her infectious laughter, her vast kindness, and her unyielding strength, made people feel loved, cherished, and important.
Despite never having been formally employed, Janice led a life of tireless dedication to her family and friends, embodying the truth of Ralph Waldo Emerson's words, "The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well." She walked through life with an unrelenting compassion and dedication, leaving indelible imprints on the hearts of those fortunate to know her. Janice exemplified the essence of strength, resilience, and love, touching countless lives along her journey.
Janice is survived by her loving children, Carrie Roberts and David Anderson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Hoebing and Bonnie Lippincott. Janice's memory will be forever etched in the minds of everyone whose lives she touched. As the poet Rumi once wrote, "Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes. Because for those who love with heart and soul there is no such thing as separation."
