Jared Evans Beal

North Ogden/Plain City – Jared Evans Beal, son of Clayton Philip Beal and Sharron (Sally) Rae Beal, returned peacefully into the arms of his loving Heavenly Father on October 5, 2021.  He was born March 1, 1968 in Ogden, Utah. 

Jared loved scouts and earned his Eagle Scout at age 13.  He was a member of the Order of the Arrow. Jared was a graduate of Ben Lomond High School where he excelled in ceramics and won the top prize of $500 in the Ogden/Weber Districts Art Festival Contest.  After High School Jared graduated from Universal Technical Institute and then attended Weber State University. 

Jared started his landscaping career at the age of 16. For the past 25 years he has had his own business, New Age Landscaping.   He was well known for his integrity and perfectionism.  Jared’s landscaping showcased his artistic talent.  Jared made many friends from his business ventures, and especially enjoyed teaching his landscaping skills to his children when they went with him on jobs.

Jared married Amy Nichole Spiegel and they had 5 children.  Jared loved all of his children unconditionally.  Another great love of Jared’s was the outdoors.  He loved trapping, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors.  Jared’s passion was taking his children fishing, trapping, and exploring with him.  He also enjoyed metal detecting and coin collecting.

Jared is survived by his mother, Sally, his siblings Mary (Robert – Bob) Jones, Leah (Cleon) Lawrence, his wife Amy and children Tallon, Lauren, Tristan, Bradyn, Ashlyn and one grandson Bailen.  He was preceded in death by his beloved father Clayton, brother John and sister Susan.  He will be greatly missed by all.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah where a viewing will be held Monday, October 11th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday prior to the service from 10 to 10:45a.m. Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.
