Joanna Sue Carter, 78, passed away on June 9, 2021. She was born February 10, 1943 to her parents, Carl and Sarah Moore. Joanna lived a wonderful life with her husband, Rex R Carter, by her side. She will be missed greatly by the many family and friends that knew her.

The family will not be having public services.
