Judith Haglund Roberts was born in Logan, Utah to happy and loving parents, Fred Henry and Clea Johnson Haglund on July 16th, 1945.
She spent her early years in Logan, Utah where she attended Woodruff Elementary, Logan Junior High School and graduated from Logan High School in 1963. While in high school, Judi performed in the school band, playing the clarinet and participated in the ROTC sponsor corps program through Utah State University at Logan High.
Judi had one older brother, Fred Jaron Haglund.
After graduating from high school, Judi moved to Salt Lake City to spread her wings, moving out with her friends on her first big adventure away from home. She met Miles Dallas Roberts during that time, and they married two years later on December 3rd, 1965 in Logan Utah.
Judi worked for the State of Utah supporting attorneys for the Division of Water Rights. Judi worked for the state for 40 years and retired in 2014.
When Judi met Miles, they began a lifetime of adventures and enjoyed many camping, hunting, fishing, and racing trips together in their RV. They were usually accompanied by their beloved dogs who kept things lively. Judi also had two pet turtles that roamed her yard and would surface every few seasons.
Judi had a camera in hand at all times and took endless photographs and details of each adventure. She and Miles had many friends with whom they shared their memories and Judi accumulated volumes of photo albums documenting their travels. She and Miles truly lived and enjoyed each and every moment without regret.
Judi also loved history and collected books and stories of her ancestors and the history of Utah.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Miles Dallas Roberts, her parents, Fred Henry and Clea Johnson Haglund, her in-laws Mel and Bernice Burke and her only sibling, Fred Jaron Haglund.
