Julian Eppy Valerio Jr
Sept 5 1954~March 5 2019

Julian passed away peacefully at the age of 64 on March 5 2019 in the comfort of his home. He was born Sept 5 1954 in Durango, Colorado. He was the first son of Julian Sr. And Lupe Valerio. And was raised a Baptist.

He graduated from Durango High school and immediately joined the United States Marine Corps in 1972.

After exiting the Marine Corps, he moved to Utah to start a new life. A few years later on March 11,1986 he became a father to his one and only child, a daughter Valerie Valerio. He cherished his life as a father. He gained custody in 1991 and raised his daughter the best way he knew how! His life changed once again in 2002 when he became a grandfather. Kyla was his little buddy, he was so smitten over her!

He enjoyed fishing and riding his bike along the trails with his grandkids. The kids kept him active and on his toes! Every Saturday he took the grandkids to breakfast, he says that was his time with them! He absolutely loved his little family and would do anything for them.

In May 2018 he retired from the Weber County transfer station after 37 years!

He is survived by his daughter Valerie, 33 of Ogden. 1 granddaughter Kyla Marie 16, 3 grandsons, twin boys Sean & Chayton 11, and Logan 8, all of Ogden. 3 sisters Dolores of Oklahoma, Barbara of Oregon, and Josephine of Colorado. 1 brother Joseph of Minnesota.

He is preceded in death by his father Julian Sr. His mother Guadalupe. And 1 brother Anastacio.

Out of respect per his wishes there will be no services. He didn't want anyone to gather to mourn him.
A special thanks to the Ogden Police Dept.
Te amo papá! ¡Hasta que nos encontremos de nuevo!
