Lois May (Richan) Dunn

Lois May Richan Dunn, 77, passed away January 31, 2023 in Washington Terrace, Utah. Lois was born May 24, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Edgar Richan and Velma Thompson Richan. Lois grew up in Box Elder County where she graduated from Box Elder High School.

She married William J. Ronald Dunn on June 19, 1964 in Mantua, Utah; their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden Temple on January 13, 1979. Lois was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many church callings.

She enjoyed camping, sewing, canning and loved making candy with her granddaughters.

Lois is survived by her children LeAnn (Dale) Bowman, Peggy Johnson and Ronald ‘Lamar’ (Sandee) Dunn; 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Also survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother. She was preceded in death by W. Ronald Dunn her husband of 48 years; her parents, 5 sisters; 4 brothers; 2 granddaughters; 1 grandson and her son Keary Dunn.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 6, 2023 at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. Viewings will be held at Myers on Sunday, February 5th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday prior to the service from 9:40 to 10:40 a.m. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd.
