Mandy Irene Douglas Harrison, passed away on September 17, 2023. Mandy was born May 8, 1980 in Ogden, Utah, the daughter of Ed Douglas and Lois Spencer
Douglas.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She loved fishing and being surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors. Just prior to her passing she worked as a caregiver at a Senior Care Center which she often said was her favorite thing.
She enjoyed helping others and the companionship of her pet dogs. Mandy was a avid crafter and could often be found crocheting, knitting, and crafting items she would give to friends,
neighbors, or anyone she thought could use them.
Mandy was the subject of a Fox 13 News Utah story on Valentines Day 2022 which showed her giving roses to complete strangers at a large department store in Brigham City and telling them
they were loved.
On March 8, 2012 she married Paul Nicholas Harrison. They were together just 2 ½ short years before his passing on September 7, 2014.
Mandy was preceded in death by her husband Paul Harrison as well as her Paternal and Maternal grandparents. She is survived by her parents, Ed and Lois Douglas, her brothers
Spencer and Mark (Emily) Douglas and her 4 nieces and 2 nephews, whom she adored.
Funeral services will be held at Myers Mortuary located at 205 S. 100 E. in Brigham City, Utah on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. A public viewing will be held prior to the service from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Internment will be at the North Logan City Cemetery.
