Mazel Caroline Smith

Mazel Caroline Smith, Joined her family on January 17, 2020. She was a very happy healthy baby and vibrantly alert from the time she entered this world. Mazel delivered herself while hospital staff prepared for her arrival, and waited patiently and quietly to be discovered under the sheet on the hospital bed.

She continued with that sweet, calm, patient personality while providing a lifetime of love during her four beautiful weeks with her family. She passed quickly on February 14, 2020 with her father and mother at her side. 

Mazel is survived by her parents David and Rachel and six siblings Orion, Zina, Adrynne, Vesta, Embry and Lupinda.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., at Myers Mortuary 845 Washington Blvd. Ogden, Utah followed by a graveside service at Myers Evergreen Memorial Park 100 Monroe, Ogden, at 11:00 a.m.
