Nancy Belliston Obituary

Surrounded by her family, our beloved Nancy "Nanas" Campbell Belliston, embarked on her greatest adventure yet and returned with honor to her Heavenly Father on February 16, 2024. Born on May 20, 1953, in Ogden, UT, to Don Lester and Evelyn Snarr Campbell. Nancy's legacy will be remembered for her compassionate acts, resilient spirit, and adventurous pursuits, all intricately woven with her love for her family, her Church, and her Savior, Jesus Christ.

Nancy was sealed to her best friend and eternal companion, Dale R. Belliston, on August 8, 1975 in the Ogden Temple. Dale is a wonderful and devoted husband and they have enjoyed 48 years together. Their union was blessed with three children and nine grandchildren.

Her Sundays were devoted to family dinners, watching her grandchildren play sports, and her vacations were always an adventure waiting to happen. Nancy was a woman of many talents, sewing Christmas pajama pants was one of her favorites, but there was nothing she cherished more than the company of her family and friends. Nancy's life was as vibrant as the melodies she sang with Sound Choice for over 40 years. Her life was filled with laughter, warmth, and an unwavering faith. Her heart was always tuned to the finer things in life.

A devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Nancy served with unwavering faith and dedication. As a chorister, primary teacher, ward mission leader, and more, she lived her faith with resilience and grace. Her love for learning was reflected in her religious pursuits, as she was a strong disciple of Jesus Christ and loved attending institute classes with her friend, Sherry. As Matthew 5:16 says, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." Indeed, Nancy's light shone brightly, illuminating the lives of all those she touched.

Nancy leaves behind a legacy of love, survived by her loving husband Dale, and her sons, Tyler (Kellie) Belliston, Christopher (Stephanie) Belliston, daughter, Whitney (Brandon) Child, and brother, Jeff (Jeany) Campbell, her grandchildren, Brinlee, Ajae, Beckham, Evie Dawn, Sawyer, Bode, Mac, Barrett, and Kollyns. She is now reunited with her family on the other side of the veil, her parents, Don and Evelyn, and her siblings, Laurie and Mike.
