Ruth Joyce (Smith) Favero

The world lost an amazing mother, wife, sister, and friend on May 12, 2022. (Ruth) Joyce lived for her children Cindy (deceased), Alan, Lisa (Jim), Angie, and Braden. She loved her grandchildren Jennifer, Kristi, Ashley, Chad-Michael, Jack, Abbie, Naomie, Tuesday, Jinora, and Lydia, as well as all of her great-grandchildren. 

We want to thank A+ Hospice for providing wonderful care to our Mom. You all make up such a sensational team and every one of you provided love and friendship to all of us. 

We will be holding a Celebration of Life at a later date and we will find a way to notify all of you who also loved our funny and wonderful mother. 

We want to share something that Joyce wrote:

Someday, as before, I will rise above this body and I will fly as an eagle, float with the clouds.
Someday, as before, I will ride the thunder as it rolls across the sky, I will strike with the lightning in its brilliant and powerful energy. I will rain in a tremendous cloud burst and experience totally all that I am so restricted now from doing.
Someday, as before, I will be able to see for millions of miles in all directions without turning my head.
Someday, as before, I will ride the wind as it harasses the trees, swirls, and gusts in all its power.
Someday, as before, I will be an eagle, a cloud, the thunder, the lightning, the rain, the wind. Thrill with me, enjoy me.
Someday, as before, I will be a small fluffy cloud resting in the summer sky. Play with me, dissolve me.
Someday, as before, I will be the sound of crickets on cool summer nights, the full moon rising above the mountain.
Someday, as before, I will not view the sunset from afar, I will be there, drinking in the dramatic hues, I will float in the glorious beauty

We love you, Mom, and you will be incredibly missed by so many.
