Sandra Elaine (Weyburn) Simpson

Sandra Simpson born March 13, 1956 departed this earth at her home January 22, 2023.

She was born in Ogden, Utah. She attended Plain City Elementary. Her family moved to Dodge City, Kansas to be near her grandfather. She then moved to Forgan, Oklahoma and graduated from Forgan High School. After graduation she moved back to Utah, met and married Jimmy Simpson November 10, 1978. From that union their pride and joy was born Julia Beth Simpson.

Sandra enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with her husband and family.

She was loved by all who knew her. She didn't miss any occasion to host gatherings for her family and friends.

She is survived by her beloved one and only Julia and Brian Brown, South Weber. Her sisters; Debra Mengel, Pensacola, Florida: Ellen (Ray) Howell, Wickliffe, Kentucky: Judy Corley of Wickliffe, Kentucky and Della Weyburn of Wentzville, Missouri.

Sandra was loved dearly by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was also loved by many who adopted her as Nana and Grandma Sandy

She is preceded in death by her soulmate, Jimmy Simpson, her parents, OB (Red) and Mary Weyburn, one niece and one nephew.

A graveside services will be Friday, January 27, 2023, 1:00 PM at the Hooper City Cemetery. A celebration of Life will be held afterward at 5:00 PM at the Timbermine, Ogden, Utah.

To all her friends and family, she would say "When I see you on the other side, I will dot you eye!"
