Zachary was born in Ogden, Utah on October 17, 1984, much to the delight of his father Richard Edwards, mother Jolene Crockett, and big brother Joshua Edwards. At the age of 9 he acquired a big sister Kim (Stan) Miles; she gave him the nickname Zoie. At 15, he became a big brother to Mason Edwards.
Zac had a very high IQ and could do anything he set his mind to. He attended school in Brigham City, Alta High, and graduated from Box Elder High School. He studied computer science at SLCC, and welding at Bridgerland Applied Technology College. He had many lifetime friends that he loved.
He loved video games, camping, hiking, and fishing. But mostly he loved his family. This includes 5 nephews: Braxton, Gage, Parker, Jaxon, Bentley, 3 nieces: Brooklyn, Ella, and Ava. He will also be missed by his Aunt Evangeline Crockett, cousin Cassandra Crockett, Uncle Dennis Gilkerson, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was deeply loved by his other Mothers, Cathy Wood and Karry Edwards.
Zac was blessed to have many Grandparents that loved him and surely met him on the other side.
It wouldn’t be right, to not mention his beloved dog Falkor.
Zac was a kind soul who cared about people. In his honor do a kind deed, smile at strangers.
The celebration of Zoie’s life will be February 11, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary in Brigham City, Utah.
Interment following at Brigham City Cemetery.
